Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Senior Civil Engineer

to lead and manage end-to-end construction activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in site execution, project coordination, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion. Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution. Monitor project progress and resolve on-site technical challenges. Plan and control project schedules, budgets, and material requirements. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Guide, train, and mentor junior engineers and site staff. Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Minimum

10 years of experience

in construction, infrastructure, or project management. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office

, and project management tools. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural systems. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects efficiently.
