Job Description

Project Execution & Supervision

Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Monitor construction activities, resolve technical issues, and provide on-site guidance to junior engineers and supervisors.

Quality & Safety

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, statutory regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship and materials.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and present progress reports to project managers and senior management.

Planning & Resource Management

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment usage to reduce costs and delays.

Documentation

Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material consumption, and quality checklists. Support in preparing bills, measurements, and certifications.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

civil engineering principles, construction methods, and real estate project execution

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and site management tools

. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification / Education

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

5 -8 years of experience

in site engineering, preferably in real estate or large-scale construction projects. Proven track record of handling

residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
