Job Description

Vardan Group is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in civil construction, infrastructure, and industrial park development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Oversee planning, design, and execution of construction activities while ensuring compliance with regulations. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to facilitate approvals and ensure smooth execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful delivery. Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and tender documents for accuracy and efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and best construction practices. Manage and mentor junior engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to maintain high work standards. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues. Handle material procurement, vendor negotiations, and cost estimations to optimize project expenses.

Key Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.
