Job Description

Vardan Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in civil construction, infrastructure projects, and industrial park development. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality execution, safety compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and manage civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Oversee project planning, design review, and execution while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to obtain approvals and maintain seamless project progress. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality parameters to ensure successful and timely completion. Review and approve drawings, BOQs, tender documents, and construction methodologies. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental guidelines. Mentor, guide, and supervise junior engineers, site teams, and contractors to maintain high work standards. Conduct regular site inspections, evaluate risks, and implement corrective measures to avoid delays. Manage material procurement, vendor negotiations, and cost estimations to optimize project expenses.

Key Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality management. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in engineering design tools, project management software, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
