Job Description

Project Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines.

Site Management:

Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.

Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control processes to ensure construction work meets the required standards.

Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications.

Address any deviations from the plan and take corrective action as necessary.

Material and Resource Management:

Manage the procurement of construction materials and equipment.

Monitor and control material usage to minimize waste and optimize costs.

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Communication:

Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management

Documentation:

Keep detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.

Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and maintained.

Budget Management:

Assist in budget preparation and monitor project expenses.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without comproing quality.
