Project Overview

We are executing a

government infrastructure project involving Civil and Interior works

(including finishes, fit-outs, and allied services). We seek an experienced engineer with

prior exposure to GSIDC or similar Government / PSU projects

, capable of independently handling

technical supervision, quality control, and compliance

for both civil and interior scopes.

Key Responsibilities

Overall technical supervision of

Civil and Interior construction works

Ensure strict compliance with

GSIDC / PWD / CPWD specifications, drawings, and tender conditions

Review and approve drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies (civil & interiors) Monitor quality control, workmanship, finishes, and material standards Supervise interior works such as flooring, partitions, false ceilings, joinery, painting, and finishing items Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to site teams Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities Assist in measurements, certifications, billing, and documentation Guide site staff based on best practices in

government project execution

Eligibility & Experience

Civil Engineer (Degree)

Retired or currently practicing engineers may apply Experience from:

GSIDC (preferred)

PWD / CPWD State / Central Government departments PSUs / Government undertakings Minimum

10 years of experience

in

government infrastructure / building projects

, including

interior works

Strong familiarity with government tender procedures, specifications, and site execution

Preferred Candidate Profile

Goa-based or willing to be based in Goa Proven experience in

institutional / public buildings with interior fit-out works

Ability to mentor junior engineers and site staff Practical, hands-on, solution-oriented approach

Compensation & Engagement

Full-Time Salary OR Consultancy Fees - Negotiable

Engagement structure flexible based on experience and availability.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
