Salary

: ₹60,000 to ?70,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and execute all on-site civil construction activities as per drawings and specifications. Manage day-to-day operations, manpower, materials, and subcontractors at the site. Ensure quality control, timely execution, and adherence to project deadlines. Coordinate with office teams for work progress reporting and material planning. Monitor site safety, labor management, and documentation. Handle local approvals and liaise with vendors/contractors.

Required Skills

:

Strong site execution knowledge in plotting or residential (bungalow) development Ability to independently manage site operations Proficient in reading drawings, BOQs, and quality standards Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, and reporting tools Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
