We are a Government-Approved Contractor inviting applications for the position of Civil Engineer (Site) to manage the execution of building projects.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards.
Experience: 4-10 years in building project execution.
Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Prior experience in government-funded projects, especially KIIFB projects, will be an added advantage.
Handle project documentation and liaise with relevant authorities during inspections.
Prepare and verify project estimates and cost assessments.
Develop detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for all civil works.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Angamali, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
