Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to join our project execution team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure

quality control

, safety standards, and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth workflow. Prepare and review

BOQs, bar bending schedules, and work progress reports.

Conduct site inspections and monitor

construction materials, manpower, and equipment usage.

Maintain accurate documentation of

work progress, site measurements, and material consumption.

Handle

site-level coordination

for design changes and technical clarifications. Support project planning by providing accurate

progress updates and resource requirements.

Ensure all

civil, structural, and finishing works

are carried out as per standards and company policies. Assist the Project Manager in

budget tracking, work scheduling, and vendor billing.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2-8 years

of experience in

site execution or project management

(real estate or construction). Strong knowledge of

construction drawings, materials, methods, and standards.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of

safety regulations and quality standards

in construction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,526.45 - ₹45,256.74 per month

Work Location: In person
