Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Civil Billing Manager to join our team and manage billing processes for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the Road, Highways, Metro, Railway, and Residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Contractual Compliance

: Ensure billing activities align with contractual requirements, negotiate terms with clients, and resolve any discrepancies.

Project Coordination

: Work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure billing reflects the progress and scope of work.

Financial Reporting

: Generate regular financial reports and forecasts to aid in project budgeting and financial planning.

Process Improvement

: Identify and implement best practices to streamline the billing process and improve financial efficiency.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 10-15 years of experience in billing management within the road, highways, metro, railway, or residential construction sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Skills

: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data.

Communication

: Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Attention to Detail

: Keen attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy and resolve any discrepancies swiftly.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Experience with hybrid work environments, balancing office and on-site responsibilities
