Key Responsibilities:

Performs non-routine and complex assignments from verbal instructions and under minimal supervision. Utilize Civil 3D & Revit software to create detailed and accurate design drawings for infrastructure, roads, utilities, and light industrial projects. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including plan sheets, details, and quantity take-offs, ensuring all deliverables meet industry standards and project specifications, and the responsibilities includes the layout preparation those listed below.

Corrosion protection of concrete surfaces, waterproofing, and deck paving layouts.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in civil design, specifically using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Experience with site grading, drainage design, and roadway design. Proficient in preparing construction documents and drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. GIS experience is a plus Knowledge of utility plan design and utility plan preparation Strong attention to detail with exceptional thoroughness for plan design Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to manage, mentor, and train more junior-level team members
