Job opportunity for a senior citizen on part time basis in a real estate consultancy firm located at Allalasandra Yelahanka Bengaluru. Working hours will be from 09 30 AM to 01 30 PM. We are looking for a senior citizen to work as a single person operating the office. The responsibilities include maintaining MIS and basic office records, making client and follow up calls, supporting online property advertising through WhatsApp property portals and social media, and coordinating with customers. The fixed salary will be between Rs 8500 to Rs 12000 per month along with excellent incentives on every successful deal. There is no upper limit on incentives for sincere and committed performers. The candidate must be honest disciplined and reliable, hard working ambitious and passionate to learn, with good communication skills in Hindi and English while Kannada is preferred. Basic computer and smartphone knowledge is required along with a positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.
