We are looking for an experienced and visionary

Senior Chief Architect

to lead and oversee large-scale real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in architectural planning, project execution, and design leadership, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of real estate projects from concept to execution. Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models. Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors for project success. Drive innovation in design, ensuring functionality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with approved designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software. Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. In-depth knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction methods. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Proven ability to deliver complex real estate projects successfully.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent (Master's preferred).

10+ years

of experience in handling real estate projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
