Position: Senior Chemist Location: Gandhidham-kutch / Andhrapradesh Experience: 3 to 5 Years Education: B.sc/M.sc in chemistry Salary: As per company standard : Analysis of commodities coal, General Cargo, Agri & Consumer Products, Project & ODC, Mines & Minerals Ensure and establish safe working practices inside lab premises. Monitor, coordinate and ensure all day to day lab work. Maintain all necessary documents required during internal audit conducted by company internal and external agency. Monitor and coordinate with certifying authority for lab accreditation. Coordinate and ensure calibration of all lab equipment/instrument. Coordinate and ensure upkeep and maintenance of all lab equipment/instrument. Assess and impart training to chemists from stand point of accuracy, safety and speed. Cost control in laboratory and ensuring it is run most efficiently, safely and with minimum Turn around Time (TAT). Performance Appraisal, recommendation for promotion, transfer, increment, leave for all chemists in the labs. Coordination with HO Tech dept. on all technical issues.
