We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented chemical engineer to join our company. As the design engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering duties including designing, researching, and presentation.

The chosen engineer will collaborate on various design projects, using in-depth knowledge of the latest design trends and engineering software to lead the way. In addition to being a good communicator, all candidates should have good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics. Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products. Maintain existing engineering records and designs. Design and develop detailed engineering using process and instrumentation diagram for bench scale catalytic reactor systems or hydro treating pilot plant. Design, Manufacture and Commissioning of Micro Reactors and Pilot Scale Units for research in Petroleum refining Industry and Alternate Energy Systems. Responsible for supply chain and procurement activities of equipment. Identify new vendors, perform price negotiations, contracting terms, purchase order (PO) creation, request for quotes (RFQs), and supplier evaluation. Perform analysis of vendor performance, resolving pricing and invoice issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, design engineering, or relevant field. design Knowledge of Micro Reactors and Pilot Scale reactor Units will be preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accurate and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in procurement. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD design software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
