We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef to manage the preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for hostel students and staff. The Chef will be responsible for preparing meals as per the menu plan provided by management, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring nutritious and timely food service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks according to the menu approved by management.
Ensure food is cooked in sufficient quantity, with consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain proper kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.
Supervise kitchen assistants and helpers in daily operations.
Monitor inventory of ingredients and inform management in advance of requirements.
Minimize wastage of food and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Cater to dietary needs (veg/non-veg) and special instructions provided by management.
Ensure punctual meal preparation and service for students and staff.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in hostel, hotel, or institutional catering.
Strong knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, and basic cooking.
Ability to manage large-scale cooking and handle time-sensitive service.
Knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and kitchen management.
Team leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
