Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef for our event management team. This role involves overseeing the preparation of various cuisines for events, ensuring high-quality food service, and contributing to the overall culinary excellence of our event experiences.
Key Responsibilities: ?
Menu Planning and Preparation: o Design and prepare menus for events ensuring variety, quality, and customer preferences. ?
Team Management:
o Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during events. o Assign tasks, supervise preparation, and maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
? Quality Control:
o Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
o Oversee food storage, preparation, and cooking processes to maintain food quality and safety.
? Collaboration with Event Planners:
o Work closely with event coordinators and clients to understand specific culinary requirements for each event Requirements: ? Graduate from Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) or any other recognized culinary institution.
? Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a multi-cuisine chef
? Expertise in various cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian. Mediterranean, etc.
