Ensure kitchen and service staff are informed about daily specials, plate presentations, and pricing.
Supervise cleanliness, storage standards, ingredient quality, and proper requisitioning procedures in all areas.
Prepare work checklists and organize workstations to maintain high productivity, hygiene, and sanitation.
Consult with supervisors on menu planning, portion control, and food rotation to manage food costs effectively.
Deliver excellent service through effective communication, teamwork, and proactive support to colleagues and guests.
Handle difficult situations professionally and perform additional duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by providing genuine hospitality, resolving concerns promptly, and consistently exceeding guest expectations.
