Senior Chartered Accountant (UK Financial Reporting Standards)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with FRS 102 and IFRS.


Oversee VAT reconciliations, submissions, and compliance monitoring for UK clients.


Review monthly and quarterly management accounts with variance analysis.


Liaise with UK-based auditors and ensure accurate year-end closing and supporting documentation.


Provide mentorship to junior staff and ensure adherence to UK GAAP best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA India or ACCA UK equivalent).


Minimum 7 years of professional experience in UK statutory accounting and audit support.


Extensive hands-on knowledge of UK GAAP, Companies House filings, and financial controls.


Advanced proficiency in Excel and cloud platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.


Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; capable of client communication.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
