As Noxx & Co strengthens its international delivery model, the firm is expanding its India-based operations to include qualified professionals across accounting, tax, payroll, and legal functions. This document outlines roles for both senior and mid-level positions, ensuring continuity in delivering world-class service to UK clients.

Senior Chartered Accountant (UK Financial Reporting Standards)

Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with FRS 102 and IFRS.

? Oversee VAT reconciliations, submissions, and compliance monitoring for UK clients.

? Review monthly and quarterly management accounts with variance analysis.

? Liaise with UK-based auditors and ensure accurate year-end closing and supporting documentation.

? Provide mentorship to junior staff and ensure adherence to UK GAAP best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA India or ACCA UK equivalent).

? Minimum 7 years of professional experience in UK statutory accounting and audit support.

? Extensive hands-on knowledge of UK GAAP, Companies House filings, and financial controls.

? Advanced proficiency in Excel and cloud platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.

? Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; capable of client communication.
