We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15-16 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory audits, financial compliance, cash flow management, banking relations, and funding strategies. This role is critical to ensuring robust financial health, strategic financial planning, and regulatory compliance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, inventory, and fixed assets.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS/IFRS.
Lead the finalization of accounts and coordination with statutory auditors.
Audit & Compliance:
Manage statutory, internal, cost, and tax audits with timely closure and compliance.
Ensure adherence to all direct and indirect tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and other statutory obligations.
Implement strong internal control systems and SOPs across the finance function.
Cash Flow & Treasury:
Monitor daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operations.
Forecast and manage working capital requirements and liquidity planning.
Supervise treasury functions including fund transfers, forex exposures, and interest optimization.
Banking & Fund Management:
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions for working capital, term loans, and other funding requirements.
Negotiate favorable terms for banking facilities and manage loan documentation and renewals.
Prepare CMA data and projections for funding proposals.

Strategic Financial Planning:
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights for cost control and efficiency improvement.
Provide financial risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
15-16 years in core finance functions in a
manufacturing or heavy engineering
industry.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
