REQUIRED- Senior Chartered Accountant (ERP Implementation) About the Company - Waste Recycling Must Have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Chartered Accountant with expertise in banking, import/export knowledge, and ERP implementation. Location - Surat (Kim) We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Chartered Accountant with a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems and a proven track record in implementing these systems within the banking sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, expertise in import/export regulations, and a deep understanding of Chartered Accountancy principles. Responsibilities Oversee the successful implementation of ERP systems within the banking environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design efficient ERP solutions to streamline financial operations. Provide guidance and support in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting ERP modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and contribute to the development of strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with ERP implementation. Act as a liaison between the finance department, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate the integration and customization of ERP software. Train and mentor junior staff members on ERP functionalities and best practices. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Chartered Accountant role within the banking sector. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in ERP implementation, preferably within a financial institution. Strong understanding of import/export regulations and their financial implications. Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive successful ERP implementations from inception to completion. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
