REQUIRED- Senior Chartered Accountant (ERP Implementation)

Must Have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Chartered Accountant with expertise in banking, import/export knowledge, and ERP implementation.

Location - Surat (Kim)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Chartered Accountant with a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems and a proven track record in implementing these systems within the banking sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, expertise in import/export regulations, and a deep understanding of Chartered Accountancy principles.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful implementation of ERP systems within the banking environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design efficient ERP solutions to streamline financial operations.
• Provide guidance and support in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting ERP modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and contribute to the development of strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with ERP implementation.
• Act as a liaison between the finance department, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate the integration and customization of ERP software.
• Train and mentor junior staff members on ERP functionalities and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Chartered Accountant role within the banking sector.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in ERP implementation, preferably within a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and their financial implications.
• Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive successful ERP implementations from inception to completion.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and ERP systems, with a focus on implementation and customization.
