Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor

CCTV footage

of surgical and clinical areas to ensure adherence to protocols.
*

Oversee

Operation Theatre (OT) preparation and post-surgery care

. Ensure compliance with

quality control measures and safety standards

. Train and supervise

junior monitors and CCTV operators

. Coordinate with

medical staff

to report and address any deviations from protocol. Ensure

proper functioning and maintenance

of surveillance systems. Maintain

detailed logs and incident reports

as per hospital regulations. Conduct

periodic audits

and recommend system improvements. Collaborate with

hospital administration

to enhance security and monitoring measures.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (

Hospital Management, Biomedical, or equivalent preferred

). Must possess good communication skills in English. Strong knowledge of

CCTV monitoring systems and compliance regulations

. Experience in

patient care quality control and reporting

. Excellent

analytical skills

Preference for candidates with a military or paramedical background

Experience

Minimum of

3-5 years of experience

in hospital/clinical monitoring roles.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
