Job Description

Experience Required:

Minimum 3-5 years as a cashier, preferably in the jewelry retail industry

Software Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with

ACME software

is mandatory

Joining Timeline:

Candidate must be able to join

within 15 days of selection

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all

cash and card transactions

, including

billing, refunds, and returns

Operate and maintain

Sionic POS software

for billing and inventory coordination Ensure

accuracy in billing and receipts

, matching invoices with product details Maintain

daily cash reports

, reconcile end-of-day accounts, and report discrepancies Handle

customer queries

regarding billing and payment in a courteous manner Work closely with

sales and inventory teams

to ensure real-time updates Maintain

confidentiality and security

of customer and financial data Assist in

audits and internal reviews

as required Ensure adherence to

company cash handling policies

Requirements:

Minimum

jewelry retail

Mandatory experience with Sionic software

Strong understanding of

POS systems, cash management, and billing procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
