1. Cash Handling:
- Managing cash transactions, counting, and reconciling cash
- Ensuring accuracy and security of cash handling
2. Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues
- Handling customer transactions, queries, and concerns
3. Financial Transactions:
- Processing payments, deposits, and withdrawals
- Maintaining accurate financial records
4. Team Supervision:
- Guiding and supporting junior cashiers
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance
5. Reporting and Compliance:
- Preparing reports on cash handling and transactions
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in cash handling and customer service
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
