Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about career choices, courses, and educational opportunities.
Handle walk-in, telephonic & online inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and orientation programs.
Maintain follow-up communication with prospects until enrollment.
Achieve monthly admission & conversion targets.
Maintain records using CRM and prepare weekly reports.
Collaborate with marketing & academic teams for smooth operations.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
Graduation / Post-graduation in any stream.
1-3 years of experience in academic counseling / admission counseling / EdTech industry.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Strong sales mindset with target-driven approach.
Good listening skills, empathy & problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM & digital communication tools.
