Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide expert career counseling to students and working professionals for engineering software and GATE preparation programs Guide and support junior team members in achieving their individual admission targets, while maintaining strong leadership and team coordination Support juniors with regular feedback, training, and motivation to enhance their counseling and conversion performance Ensure consistent lead conversion through structured follow-ups, personalized counseling, and clear communication of course benefits Utilize CRM tools, Excel, and other systems effectively to manage inquiries, monitor follow-ups, and maintain accurate conversion records Possess strong hands-on experience in using CRM tools for tracking both individual and team performance metrics Coordinate closely with academic teams to ensure smooth admissions, student onboarding, and actionable campaign feedback
