Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one career assessments using tools such as interest inventories, personality tests, and skills evaluations. Assist clients with choosing academic courses, training programs, or career pathways. Facilitate career workshops, seminars, and group counselling sessions. Help them explore and transition into new career fields. Maintain accurate records and track ongoing progress. Stay updated on employment trends, industry requirements, and emerging career opportunities. Collaborate with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations to support placements.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelors or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related fields Certification in career counselling (optional but valuable), e.g., Certified Career Counsellor (CCC) Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF)
