We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate databases

Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes

Support in onboarding and documentation

Requirements:

PUC/Bachelor's degree in any field

6month-2year of experience in recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
