2. WHAT YOU WILL DO
A. Cold Email Outreach (Core Responsibility)
Run unlimited cold email campaigns using warmed-up email systems
Craft hyper-personalized messages using AI + intent insights
Maintain strict delivery best practices (domain health, throttling, sequencing)
Deploy 1000-5000 targeted emails/day with 30+ lead output per rep
A/B test subject lines, messaging angles, CTAs, and sequencing
Monitor deliverability, open rate, reply rate, conversion, and inbox placement

B. Multichannel Paid Campaign Execution
Run Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads across multiple geos
Optimize for conversions, retargeting, and pipeline velocity
Execute full-funnel demand generation (awareness ? MQL ? SQL ? deal)
Operate with weekly testing sprints: creatives ? audiences ? landing pages
Optimize CAC, ROAS, CPL, and CPQL metrics for B2B audiences
