What this job involves:
Roles & Responsibilities
Should possess detailed information about the company, facility, policy and the procedures.
Should have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively coordinate with the end user, other departments, and vendor partners.
Obtains list of the events and requests from the helpdesk daily. Prioritize and delegate the work accordingly.
Monitor and inspects the work of the team for conformance to the prescribed standards of cleanliness.
Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with all the departments.
Schedules periodic major F&B responsibilities including AMC/ PMS, Vendor KPI management, SOP/SOW review, Kitchen & cafe Audit.
Schedules deep cleaning of all F&B area on periodic basis including.
Handling, escalating, and updating all user complaints/ concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
Investigate concerns regarding catering service or equipment and take corrective action.
Provides support to the catering service manger in operations by staff training, coaching, counselling's and enforcing to the standard operating procedures.
Ensure all meeting room functions/ events / VIP/ customer visits F&B requirements are properly set according to the requests/ instruction received.
Provide with all sorts of reports/ data after validation as required.
Assists in controlling the expenses and provide cost effective solutions.
Manages the deployment as per schedule, highlight all absenteeism.
Maintain high quality of catering service & food safety standards external/Internal area.
Should be able to generate the monthly management report using operations based on the requirement.
Co-ordinate with vendors: Cafe operations, equipment breakdown rectification, employee feedback, invoice, NDC etc.
Attend to any user complaints and take service recovery measures if required.
Maintains the record for repair and periodic maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Prepares store requisition, purchase other supplies and equipment, also monitor par stock on pantry supplies and chemicals.
Select, staff, recruit, hire, and train qualified pantry & cafe staff.
Attends training seminars to perfect cafe service techniques and procedures and enhance supervisory skills.
Records data concerning work assignments, personnel actions, and timecards, and prepares periodic reports.
Attends periodic meetings to discuss issues/ complaints, to make recommendations for service improvement and efficient operations.
Must be able to work in multiple shifts and timings.
Be multitasking and able to deliver the results as desired within timelines.
Candidate Specification
Any Degree with experience in Hotel management / catering services.
4-5 years of experience in development, implement and maintaining Technical Operation in IT/MNC
Good written and spoken communication skills
Ability to multi-task and efficiently track implementation at remote locations through identified SPOC's
Food Program management planning & reporting skills
Good knowledge on Microsoft excel and presentation skills

Strong knowledge of property operations
Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three years' experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.
Solid background in team management
You must have a university degree, with three years' experience in the field. You'll need a strong grasp of client satisfaction, as you'll constantly communicate with our stakeholders. We'll expect you to provide them with solutions that will continuously improve their systems and save them costs. You'll also strive to determine if we can provide them other services that may help improve their conditions further.
