We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Senior CAD Designer / Head of Department (HOD)

for Diamond Jewellery to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of hands-on experience in high-end diamond jewellery design using CAD software, along with leadership capabilities to mentor and manage a team of designers.

Responsibilities:

Lead the CAD design team in creating innovative and commercially viable diamond jewellery designs Oversee the development of precise 3D CAD models and technical drawings for manufacturing Collaborate closely with merchandising, design, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing excellence Guide and review the work of junior designers, providing technical and creative direction Stay ahead of global jewellery trends, techniques, and materials to inspire fresh concepts Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and production requirements Drive innovation in design processes and tools to improve efficiency and output

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in diamond jewellery design with expertise in CAD software Proficiency in industry-standard jewellery CAD tools (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush, etc.) Deep understanding of jewellery manufacturing techniques, stone setting styles, and finishing processes Proven leadership or team management experience in a design or production environment Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced CAD designs and a variety of jewellery styles Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
