Key Responsibilities

Create and refine complex mechanical systems and components using Fusion?360 and AutoCAD with Robotics design like ( AMR , AGV , Humaniod ). Develop detailed 3D models, assembly drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation. Generate URDF models for robotic simulation and ROS integration Conduct simulations (stress, thermal, structural analysis) and validate designs for performance and durability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams--manufacturing, electronics, robotics--to ensure design feasibility at scale Participate in design reviews, vendor coordination, and prototype development/testing.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 4+ years in mechanical/CAD design roles, ideally in robotics, machinery, or heavy equipment. Advanced proficiency with Fusion?360 and AutoCAD. Experience with SolidWorks or Siemens NX is a plus. Proven experience generating URDF for ROS-compatible robotic models. Strong grasp of mechanical linkages, actuators, GD&T, structural and thermal analysis
