We Are Seeking
The Procurement and Commercial Services Team requires strengthened to support the significant growth opportunities near and far. The Senior Buyers will support the Head of Procurement and Commercial Services to lead, manage and develop the procurement team and the relationships with internal / external stakeholders, OEMs, and vendors.
Knowledge of the IT computer OEMs and networking distribution channel in the UK, US, Europe and APAC is a must have requirement.
Responsibilities
Overall Accountability/Responsibilities:

• Supervise Experienced Purchasing Team
• Initial engagement with sales, presales and delivery to shape deal structure for kit, support and partner-based RFP's/Bids
• Run Global RFI and RFP process with vendors for IT and Indirect Spend
• Achieve Savings through RFP and/or Quote Negotiations.
• Negotiate and implement standard contract templates for products and services purchases.
• Set up and implement Contract & Vendor Management (CVM) process
• Complete 12 CVM reviews per quarter
• Develop and leverage close relationships with CAM's and key suppliers and partners

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications/Experience:

• +5 years' sourcing experience in IT industry especially hardware.
• +2 years Team Supervision
• International Sourcing
• Commercial/contract negotiation achieving measurable savings
• Focus on complex single/multiple commercial projects with varying degrees of value and will require experience in managing engagement from initiation to delivery.
• End to End RFP from requirement gathering to contract signature.
• Extensive Supplier relationship management
• Responding and supporting customer Bid, RFI and RFP processes
• Influence decision-maker
• Building strong and effective business partnerships (internally and externally)
• Effective engagement with Executive and Senior management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience of Microsoft applications Excel/Word/Power Point
• Can do / will do attitude

Working Hours:

• 9:00 - 5:30pm
