About the Role
Databricks is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to scale and optimize our Finance technology ecosystem. In this role, you will create value through automation, system enhancements, and operational excellence across our NetSuite ERP and ZIP P2P platforms. You will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and core Accounting processes, supporting Databricks' continued high-growth trajectory.
Impact you will have:
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, and RevOps stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable systems and workflows
Lead end-to-end delivery of major NetSuite and ZIP enhancements, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and change management
Drive automation and process optimization across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay to support scale, efficiency, and audit readiness
Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, systems architecture, and data flows
Evaluate new ERP features and releases; recommend adoption strategies and enhancements
Configure NetSuite workflows (SuiteFlow), bundles, and reporting to meet evolving business needs
Analyze system impacts and dependencies across teams; ensure upstream/downstream alignment
Support Agile delivery practices, including user stories, backlog grooming, and UAT cycles
Provide Tier-2 subject matter support and troubleshoot complex issues to maintain system performance and data integrity
Mentor junior analysts and help establish consistent standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the team
The Ideal Candidate would show/have
: 5-7+ years supporting and configuring NetSuite or similar ERP platforms in a high-growth environment
Hands-on experience across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and core Accounting workflows
Strong functional knowledge of Netsuite SuiteFlow and SuiteBundle
Demonstrated ability to lead medium-to-large scale ERP enhancements from concept to delivery
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing technical and process decisions
Understanding of system integrations, data governance, and upstream/downstream impacts
Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and user access/security best practices
Experience writing business requirements, test scripts, and process documentation
Proficient in building financial dashboards and reports; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and change-management capabilities; proactive and solution-oriented mindset
