Key Responsibilities:
Drive life insurance product sales through assigned bank branches in your region.
Manage relationships with bank staff and ensure smooth coordination to maximize sales.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
Train and motivate bank personnel to generate more leads and close more deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and report performance metrics, sales trends, and competition activity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum
4 years of sales experience
