Minimum 4+ years in BFSI Sector(Banking, Finances, Service, Insurance)1+ Years Exp. Mond try in Insurance Sector - Agency Channel

CTC:

?3.00 - 6.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales partners/Team Leaders. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and growth.

Key Requirements:



Minimum 4+ years of experience in BFSI sector,

preferably in insurance sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Graduate

with a professional approach to client engagement.
