Job Title: Business Growth Manager



Job Purpose:



Drive business growth in assigned territory through strategic market development, client relationship management, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:



- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated territory

- Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand product footprint

- Foster enduring relationships with existing and prospective clients, addressing queries, support needs, and negotiating agreements

- Collaborate with sales team to drive lead conversion, monitor performance, and suggest enhancements

- Liaise with suppliers on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents; negotiate terms and finalize deals

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product, pricing, and marketing strategies

- Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance for seamless order processing and execution

- Ensure contractual compliance with company policies and legal standards

- Manage payment collections, credit terms, and delivery schedules

- Resolve customer complaints, delays, or product issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention

Requirements:



- 2 years plus proven experiences in business development experience

- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
