If you want to do the same and love the challenges and opportunities of a fast paced work environment, then we believe Porter is the right place for you. https://porter.in/ Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure the ORM efforts are implemented to drive a positive brand reputation across Digital Platforms Implement the daily response management to queries Work closely with internal departments for addressing customer query resolution Managing the TAT for first-level responses and bringing efficiencies in overall TAT responses Specialize in the prevention and repair of the Online Reputation Threats Commenting positively and giving out witty replies on the most influential/negative forums and comments Strong customer focus, showcasing a strong sense of ownership and proactiveness Need to be proactive and open to taking up additional responsibilities for the team Receptive to feedback and willing to learn Team Player- work on a collaborative method Must Have: Should be extremely fluent with written and spoken English Should be willing to work rotational shifts with two week-offs in a week. Monitor & review user comments, feedback and complaints across social handles. Respond to negative comments and redress complaints within the client\'s specified time Should be hardworking and have the ability to deliver work with a high level of accuracy
