Job Description

In this role, you will:
Develop and deliver user training/communications
Provide user support
Use no code configuration functionality within the tool to enable features and functionality not available to the end-user marketers
Lead feedback forums to support user adoption, inform user based (UX) strategy development and a develop a queue of ideas and requests
Play a significant role with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)for new features and functionality
Work with partners to define and deliver requirements for operational and process adherence tracking/reporting
Ensure controls are met such as TRIMS, AppOne, BCP, Downtime Tracking, User Access and recertification
Act as a liaison between users, platform admin, and technical teams by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Develop relationship with Vendor partners, and co-lead routine business review functions with the Technology and other capability team leaders.
Manage implementations of new functionality and/or user groups
Collaborate on the design and development for the platforms and bring an expert perspective on enhancements and modifications needed to deliver business functionality, reduce adoption barriers, provide new features/functionality and cross-platform integrations to better enable users

Required Qualifications, International:
10 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications:
Financial services industry experience
5 years of experience in delivering transformative change
3 years of experience with Marketing technology platforms especially in tools like Naehas
Experience with rolling out and supporting a complex marketing application
Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiatives
Ability to lead, effectively guide and mentor a team of Business Support Consultants
Ability to learn new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding problem solving skills
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
