Job Description

Responsibilities
Manage multiple automation projects and end to end ownership of those to ensure timely execution
Responsible for creating a sustainable and repeatable eco system to support various automation initiatives proposed by business and functions leads
Enabling project selection and prioritization process with various committees for project funding
Develops comprehensive project plans
Coordinate between various stakeholders like operations/business leads, technology leads and other support leads across various locations to ensure timely execution of projects
Coordinate with Risk & Finance teams for seeking timely approvals on solutions
Support and create various BRDs (Business Requirement Document) based on the problem statements of business
Effectively interpret the BRDS and articulate them to the tech team members for solution development
Monitoring progress of the projects through governance meetings and provide MIS and regular updates on various automation projects to senior management & stakeholders
Manage an automation book of work and work with business leads to identify more opportunities & create new projects
Foster strong relationship with various leaders through regular & open communication
May lead complex cross-enterprise projects resulting in enterprise wide implementation
Keep updated with understanding of IPA tools & other automation tools available in the market for various business needs
Represents EGS initiatives in various organizational forums
Keeps updated with automation initiatives being managed at Enterprise level
Essential Qualifications
Proven Experience with application / solution design, specifically - design and development of workflow applications (alfresco, IBM BPM, PEGA, Nintex, JBPM)
Proven Experience with agile delivery and writing agile user stories
Proven experience creating current and future state process documentation utilizing BPMN 2.0 utilizing a standard tool (e.g., iGrafix, Blueworks, Signavio, etc.,)
Investment banking experience either Corporate Lending, Investment Banking or Sales & Trading
University degree in Business or related discipline
Overall 6 to 8 years of work experience that should have an experience of more than 5 years in project Management
Strong analytical skills
Strong Communication skills and inter-personnel skills

Desired Qualifications
Post-Graduation degree
Certification in PMP
Proficiency with other Intelligent Automation technologies that the CIB IA team leverages (i.e., UiPath, Alfresco, OCR, Kibana, Power BI, etc.)
Experience in reporting, analytics, dashboard development
Operational control analysis
Experience with integration / functional testing
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Financial Services/Stockbroking, Banking
