Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proficient in Python programming with strong knowledge of data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
Understanding of latest trends in AI/GenAI and building proof of concept using new solutions
Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Working knowledge of developing projects using VBA, development / modification and deployment.
Familiarity with SQL databases and data warehousing concepts
Self-starter with the ability to pick-up new concepts and skills quickly
Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, including the ability to maintain top quality work while meeting tight deadlines
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into action plans
Proven track record of applying data analytics to solve business problems
Prior experience in consulting or business analysis roles is highly desired
Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
AI & LLM Integration
: Design and deploy AI models, including LLMs, for use in in a financial business operation.
Agentic AI Systems
: Develop autonomous agents capable of chaining tasks such as financial data analysis, summarization, reconciliations and commenting, OCR and Rules Engines, and workflow automation
SML Applications
: Build and validate statistical models for forecasting, risk analysis, and operational optimization.
Prompt Engineering & RAG
: Fine-tune prompts and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to improve model accuracy and contextual relevance.
Compliance & Governance
: Collaborate with AI SWAT and risk committees to ensure models meet legal, privacy, and policy standards
Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work with IT, data science, and business teams to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable solution.
Job Expectations:
4 + years of Business Execution, Tactical Automation, Software Development, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of the following:
Experience working in a large financial services company, preferably with Commercial Real Estate
Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
Working project knowledge on AI, LLM, SML, Agents
Knowledge and understanding of data visualization & reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python)
Expert or Advanced level Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Exceptional execution, project management and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to diverse audiences
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Required QualificationsDevelop, support and modify technical functional solutions that support operations for CRE Business suite and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives, including but not limited to client experience, real estate & location strategy, change management governance initiatives etc.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify potential areas for improvement through data analysis.
Design and develop Python-based applications to automate business processes and streamline operation
Develop custom Python scripts to analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights.
Translate complex business problems into actionable data-driven solutions.
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned responsibilities
Build statistical models and predictive algorithms to support decision-making.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Execution, and understanding of CRE Suite of business
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Identify, and advocate for any relevant modification thereof, opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
