Your future duties and responsibilities:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Solution Architects, Domain experts, finance, and legal departments, to gather the necessary information and insights required for a compelling proposal.

Responsible for creating high-quality deliverables, such as proposals, customer presentations, contract packs, approval materials, and other deal-related documentation. This includes supporting the definition of sales strategies and tactics to increase the win ratio.

Orchestrate and anchor cross-domain workshops to enable the team leverage best practices, unlock tribal knowledge, and accelerate cross-pollination between different verticals

Ensure clear communication and documentation of project status to both the team and stakeholders, also Build, and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.

Ensuring the end-to-end review of the RFP response prior to submission including conducting own review, handling peer reviews, and facilitating overall quality control.

Manage and execute the complete response process for RFPs and competitive bidding opportunities.

Receive guidance from senior leadership in preparing bids and completing requests for proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQs)

Capture insights and guide bid teams during Orals, Due Diligence and BAFO process

Efficiently oversee the bid process from qualification through to the transfer of deliverables to Sales.

Identify and assess bid risks and develop mitigation strategies. This requires understanding commercial, legal, and compliance requirements and solutions.
