Exelico Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced

Senior Business Development Specialist

to drive strategic lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and nurturing high-value relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, working closely with the sales team to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and target high-potential clients using both online and offline research methods.

Strategic Outreach:

Engage with prospects through

cold outbound calls, emails, and video interactions

to generate business opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain, track, and update leads in the

CRM system

, ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-ups.

Lead Qualification:

Assess prospect needs, budgets, and decision-making processes to qualify them for the company's offerings.

Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine outreach strategies.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.

Negotiation & Deal Closing:

Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, present solutions, and close deals.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor lead conversion metrics, analyze performance trends, and suggest improvements for continuous growth.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience

in

B2B/B2C sales, business development, or lead generation

. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong expertise in

CRM tools, MS Excel, and business analytics software

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Ability to

develop sales strategies

based on market research and business objectives. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
