We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive international sales and expand our global footprint in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B pharmaceutical exports, client acquisition, and regulatory requirements for international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new international business opportunities in regulated and semi-regulated markets.
Generate leads and build strong client relationships with distributors, importers, and government agencies.
Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations with overseas clients.
Understand and comply with export documentation and regulatory requirements (e.g., WHO-GMP, COPP, COA, COO).
Coordinate with production, QA/QC, regulatory, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Represent the company in international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of global pharmaceutical markets and competitors.
Develop strategies to increase sales volumes and improve market penetration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
~5 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports or international business development.
Knowledge of export documentation and pharma regulatory requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel internationally, if required.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with merchant exporters or third-party manufacturing units.
Familiarity with major pharmaceutical export markets (e.g., Africa, Asia, CIS, Latin America).
