Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Business Developer / Lead Generation Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales for a custom software development company, specifically targeting international clients. This role is crucial for our growth as you will be responsible for bringing new overseas clients onboard and building a strong sales pipeline.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, or as a Business Development Manager (BDM). Experience with tools like

Drift, HubSpot, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, Slintel,

or

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

is a plus.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Generate new leads through various channels, including platforms like

Upwork, Guru, and LinkedIn

.

Client Outreach:

Proactively connect with potential clients on LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Sales Pitching:

Showcase Prospera Soft's extensive portfolio to discover and qualify new leads.

Bidding:

Bid on projects and opportunities on various online portals.

Data Management:

Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of leads.

Reporting:

Create and present regular reports to provide stakeholders with visibility into lead generation activities.

Required Skills & Experience



Experience:

1 to 7 years of experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record in a similar role (e.g., Business Development Manager, Sales Executive).

Communication:

Fluent English speaking skills are essential.

Technical Knowledge:

A solid understanding of various technology stacks is required.

Sales Acumen:

Demonstrated success in generating sales and meeting targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
