We are hiring a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
for a real estate company in Indore. The role involves managing qualified leads, closing property deals, coordinating site visits, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert incoming leads into site visits and closures
Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients
Close property deals and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain follow-ups with potential customers
Manage sales pipeline and client documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for booking and agreements
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Represent the company professionally during client meetings
Project Locations:
2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong deal-closing and negotiation skills
Good English communication skills
Well-groomed and professional personality
Willingness to travel for site visits
