VICOM is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sr Business Development Manager
to lead the growth, promotion, and market expansion of
Vicom AI/IoT DashCAMs designed especially
for India market. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in the
heavy commercial vehicles
with proven exposure to working with dealers of
Tata Motors / Ashok Leyland / Mahindra & Mahinda
as well as fleet owners & operators having
trucks, trailers, buses and other HCVs
.
This role requires deep market knowledge and the ability to drive business development initiatives with the ability to develop the marketing & sales team on a Pan India basis
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Expansion
Design the strategy, develop and execute business development to grow VICOM Dashcams across Pan-India market
Identify and onboard new business opportunities with OEMs, large fleet operators, logistics companies, transporters, and system integrators.
Drive adoption of VICOM Dashcams in
heavy commercial vehicle (HCV)
segments
Achieve revenue, volume, and market penetration targets in agreement with the management.
Fleet Solutions & Telematics Experience
Understand fleet management systems, vehicle safety solutions, dashcams, GPS, telematics, and compliance requirements.
Provide consultative solutions to customers based on operational needs, safety regulations, and fleet efficiency.
Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions for enterprise and fleet customers.
Sales Enablement & Promotion
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
Pan-India Operations & Team Support
Operate on a pan-India basis, managing business development activities across multiple regions.
Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment with national business goals.
Mentor and guide junior team members where required.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track market trends and customer feedback.
Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Provide strategic inputs for product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
7-10 years of relevant experience

Deep understanding of Indian commercial vehicle and fleet market

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?858,395.60 - ?1,219,886.70 per year
