Sr. Business Development Manager - AI & IT Services
Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sr. Business Development Manager
to drive growth for our cutting-edge
AI and IT service offerings
. This is an
individual contributor
role focused on managing the
entire sales cycle
--from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in selling
AI, ML, and IT services
.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Ownership:
Manage end-to-end sales cycle--from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Lead Generation:
Build a robust sales funnel of enterprise clients aligned with our AI/ML and IT service capabilities.
Strategic Outreach:
Research, strategize, and execute high-impact outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
Consultative Selling:
Engage with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Innovation Heads, etc.) to understand pain points and present customized AI/IT solutions.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain and regularly update CRM to track sales activities, forecasts, and conversions.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct ongoing primary and secondary research to stay informed about trends in AI, Data Science, Cloud, and emerging tech.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and pitch decks.
Team Leadership (Optional):
Guide and mentor junior SDRs or BDEs for top-of-funnel activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
