Role Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing corporate clients for the company's IT products and services. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, market research capabilities, relationship building, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients across targeted industries.
Promote and sell IT solutions (hardware, IT consulting, managed services, etc.).
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and product discussions.
Build long-term business relationships with CXOs, IT heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical, delivery, and pre-sales teams.
Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial negotiations.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
Ensure seamless handover to operations and customer success teams post-closure.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minium 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B/Corporate IT sales.
Experience selling IT solutions, cybersecurity, or managed IT services.
Strong network and understanding of corporate procurement cycles.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies

Tech-savvy with understanding of IT products and trends.
